While 23 acres are currently dedicated to interments, the remaining 7 acres of undeveloped land provide opportunities for future expansion and preservation.

Monument Ordering Brochure

When selecting a monument, you’ll need to consider:

1. Your cemetery’s restrictions.
2. The location and size of your plot.
3. Any anticipated future inscription work.

Each cemetery has its rules and regulations for stones. It’s important to know what size/type of stone is allowed in the section where your plot is located to ensure you order the correct size stone.

When designing the stone, it’s essential to consider who else, if anyone, will be buried in the same plot. This way, you ensure enough room will be left on the stone for future inscriptions.

Coins Left on Headstones

While visiting some cemeteries, you may notice that headstones marking certain graves have coins left on them by visitors to the gravesite.

These coins have distinct meanings when left on the headstones of those who gave their life while serving in America’s military.

The meanings vary, depending on the denomination of the coin.
